At TheDistriHub, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that all purchases meet your expectations. However, in the rare event of issues, our policy below outlines how returns, exchanges, and disputes are handled fairly and transparently.

Our Commitment to Quality & Fairness

At TheDistriHub, we prioritize your satisfaction. While we ensure that every product is thoroughly inspected before shipping, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. That’s why we have a clear and customer-first dispute and return process in place.

 

1. Who Handles Returns & Disputes?

All returns, exchanges, and dispute resolutions are managed solely by TheDistriHub.

❗ Vendors are not allowed to handle disputes or returns directly. This ensures consistent service, accountability, and quality assurance.

 

2. What Can Be Returned or Disputed?

You may request a return, exchange, or file a dispute if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or not as described

  • The wrong item or wrong quantity was delivered

  • The issue is the result of an error on TheDistriHub’s part

⚠️ We do not accept returns or disputes for reasons such as “change of mind” once the item is confirmed to be as ordered.

 

3. How to Submit a Dispute or Return Request

To initiate a dispute or return:

  1. Log in to your account on TheDistriHub.com

  2. Go to your Orders or Account Dashboard

  3. Click “Request Return/Dispute” next to the affected order

  4. Provide a brief explanation and, if possible, upload clear photos showing the issue

  5. Submit your request and wait for approval from our support team

 

4. Response Time

Once your request is submitted, we will:

  • Acknowledge it within 48–72 hours

  • Review the details and contact you if more information is needed

  • Approve or decline the request within 3–5 business days

 

5. Approved Returns

If your return/dispute is approved:

  • You will receive instructions for return pickup or exchange

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed promptly based on your selected resolution

 

6. Cross-Border Disputes

For orders delivered across borders (e.g., from the UAE to Nigeria or vice versa):

  • The same dispute process applies

  • Extra handling or longer resolution time (3–5 additional business days) may apply due to logistics
